Data we process
Your email and a protected password hash; sign-in sessions; project names and topics; temporarily uploaded or created videos; connected channel identifiers and encrypted OAuth tokens; publication settings and confirmations; job history; and support requests.
Why we process it
To provide your workspace, prepare and publish content you select, protect access and prevent repeat submissions. Other users cannot access your workspace data or materials. OAuth tokens are used only for accounts connected by their owner.
Storage and deletion
Working video files are processed in server memory and removed after publication or expiry. The usual lifetime is one hour from creation. When you confirm transfer to TikTok, availability is extended to one hour from that confirmation so the platform can retrieve the file. Small metadata records, including text fingerprints, file hashes, publication identifiers and results, remain until you delete your workspace. Sessions last up to 7 days; authorization requests expire after 10 minutes. Support requests are kept for up to 30 days.
After workspace deletion, a technical account and job fingerprint may remain for up to 48 hours to protect the daily limit. This is an HMAC fingerprint: it contains no email, OAuth token or readable platform account identifier.
Providers and location
The service runs on an UpCloud server in Germany. When you publish to YouTube or TikTok, the platform receives the video and settings you authorize. If you enable OpenAI text assistance, OpenAI receives your topic and request text using your own API key. The basic renderer makes no such AI requests.
Cookies
We use an essential session cookie to sign you in and protect your workspace. This version uses no advertising cookies or third-party analytics.
Your choices
You can disconnect a platform account in your workspace, revoke access on the platform or delete your workspace. Deletion removes your projects, tokens and related service data, apart from the short-lived limit-protection fingerprint described above. Content already published must be managed on the platform itself. For access, correction or other data enquiries, contact Support or write to the operator's registered address.
